Order a repeat prescription

To order a repeat prescription, telephone the practice on 01879 230 326 during opening times.

Alternatively, tick the required items on your repeat prescription form which you receive with your repeat prescriptions and return by posting in the surgery's post-box located outside the main entrance.

Prescription requests for acute conditions can be made by telephoning the practice.

When will my Prescription be ready?

Prescriptions will be ready for collection in two working days.

Please request repeat prescriptions well in advance of public holidays.
